Anybody run a session of like 1 or 2 weeks where you do the same body parts? Say 2 days I'll do shoulders/biceps, take a day off then 2 days shoulders/bis, day off and 2 days the same. Sort of to shock them?

If you’re hitting shoulders and biceps effectively you shouldn’t feel the need to go back to them the next day. Hit one group one day and another the next and so on. There’s a reason nobody is reinventing the training wheel.

I feel like I am hitting them well and I do see progress but I really do.t get sore anymore, once in awhile

Are you making gains? Change up your training intensity. Slow the Reps down, speed the Reps up. Try higher volume, to lower volume shit like that. Change how you push the weight not your exercises or your routine
