This might be considered a shitpost but hear me out.
My gym recently got one of those hip thrust contraptions. The one that’s like a seatbelt and load weight on and you’re humping the air.
Since programming these, my stiff legged deadlift has improved, especially the lockout portion. I’m wondering if any of you do hip thrusts as I only see the ladies using it at my gym and I think dudes are missing out on a lot of potential benefits because it looks like an awkward movement.
Personally, I love this movement now. After 3 sets, my glutes are pumped and I feel like a silverback gorilla walking around the gym. Honestly, i walk circles around the gym on purpose afterward so the people can glance at me wondering what I did to get these cheeks.
