Can taking to much AIs cause limo dick or the other way around ? I am running about a gram a week and looking really good from taking a over the counter called Estroblock , from my TRT doc . I think it works ok but just got my Ariminex yesterday and I want to look really dry . Can I take 1 per day ?

Absolutely it can. Even the male body is designed to operate with Estrogen. Some of the same symptoms of high estrogen can be found with low estrogen.

This is where a blood test comes in handy. A blood test prior to a cycle and you know your baseline levels. Then attempt to mimic those values while on cycle. Its about finding the middle ground brother. If youre experiencing some sides from your AI i would slow it down to E3D and wait a week. Let your E2 get back on track and adjust as needed.

Ok tanks for the insite , I guess 0.5 eod should be good enough ? I was just wanting to get that lean look in the face with no water !!!! I am still confused on the sides ? I have read it will help with erections and I heard it will have an averse effect ?

Yup, ive taken to much ai and crashed my estrogen and my dick stopped working well and my sex drive went out the window, and i just went through the exact opposite, didnt take enough and the same exact situation happened, the symtpoms of high and low estrogne are very similar except a few tell tale signs like painful joints and dry skin and lips, that only happens with low estrogen.

on a gram of test id probably go with .5mgs adex mwf. I was running 1200mgs of sust last cycle and 50mg of proviron and .25mgs adex twice a week kept my estrogen perfect.

Be prepared to need more adex than .5 three times a week. That is a little low for a gram plus

It really depends on the person. For me at 600mg a week of test I haev to take 25mg daily aromasin (that equates to 1mg a day A-dex).. There are certain signs to look for that will tell you if you are crashing your estrogen (for me my go to is dried out cuticles in my nails). My suggestion is get some blood work and see where your E level is at and then adjust the doseage based on that. if you post up labs we can help you dial in your E level.
