What are your thoughts on just not taking anything. I get prescribed 1 mg anastrozole EOD. But try to only take it once about 2 days after pin. Prescribed for 200 mg test per week.

Thats way too high.
We see that .25mgs of Arimidex eod or e3d is sufficient.

You can def try to use no AI and unless you start seeing E sides or very high elevations in labs, there is often no reason to run an AI on TRT or HRT.

"If" you are prone or sensitive to E sides, then it is def worthwhile to be proactive but start very low and dial up.
Run your AI VERY low and then when you run labs, or if you see E sides, then increase the dosage if need be.

Arim is easy to get away with .25mgs in HRT dosages.

For exemestane even 6.25mgs eod or e3d can usually handle almost any elevations in E, in HRT or TRT dosages.
