Another H&B Touchdown

That's a lot of B12. What is the purpose specifically of your protocol?
When cutting as I am now, I’m really restricting carbs. Though I cycle them, some days I’m at zero. I generally never take in more that 115g carbs daily - my macros are 225-50 pro, 35 fat, 0-100g carbs. I’m at about 1680-1800 cal per day. Train hard, 4 on 1 off…. all to say I generally have very little energy left in the tank for anything else. I was doing some cocktails at my gym, but very pricy. Did my research and they are essentially a shit load of b12, amimo acids, etc…. so now I just make my own and pin intramusc along with my bi-weekly test on Sun and Wed. Energy levels are way up when I do. Price is great, and its excellent quality like everything from @Hammer&Bell

Right now I’m pinning 1.5 - 2ml b12 in the opposite glute as my Test C, which I’m running at 750 a week right now pinning on Sun/Wed…. I’m a month now just done my pct after a 7 week cycle of the test, win (50) var (25). Hardening up and feel great. The b12 keep my energy up; not noticeable, just not as wiped in that last 2 hours of the day before bed, so doing its job. Long road - I’ve lost about 80lbs and will compete in the spring of 25…. been with @Hammer&Bell and love them. On day 3 and of that clen you see above (taking 1/2 a pill a day for now to asses) thus far no issues at all. I need to get to about 205-209max and am at 226 now…. Here is a before and last week…. 305 down to 226.
