Anavar with my test cyp?

What are your goals/stats?

That's a bit vague, what do you mean luck?
Both of these compounds are like Legos, they can be built many different ways, with each time being a unique experience.
 
Sorry I should have went into better detail I'm not really trying to bulk I'm 180 at 5'9 and kinda want to stay the same weight bud add on some additional muscle.
 
Works just fine, bulk or cut.

I personally never used more than 10mg Anavar sublingual only before workouts, but not a bad first AAS to add.

Are you currently on TRT or what are you on right now?
Kinda what I was thinking I know that stuff can be hard on your kidneys if u over do it. I've been taking test cyp 250 mg split dose a week.

Im 5'9 at180 not looking to bulk just want to add some more lean muscle and I don't really get the macros I need throughout the day just because it's tough to eat as much as I would like healthy wise with my job.

Adding muscle will add weight, so you want to be eating in a slight surplus.

10mg of Anavar is quite safe on your lipids especially sublingual.

If you are worried about your lipids, you can skip the oral AAS and go straight to something like Masteron.

Dude, before you add another compound hoping for quick results, you have to get your nutrition and training on point. Until you do, you’d be wasting money on adding more gear.
 
Training is on point my man I could not go to the gym at all but I do 3 times a week I get enough working out with my job just look at a video of a roofbolter on YouTube lol my problem is eating enough macros through out the day because of my fast pace job so I normally eat healthy snacks of mostly protein while I'm at work including shakes with only fruit for sugars so I'm not overweight in anyway I just like the effects I'm reading on anavar because of its results in a cal def that I'm in without trying. Thanks for the advise tho

No offense but if you can’t hit the calorie amount there’s no reason to add any gear. Dial in your nutrition first. We can always find a way to get the calories in, meal prep, quick shakes. There’s a way if you want to grow
Blue collar worker here and still find a way to hit 5k healthy calories a day. No junk food

I wasn’t trying to be rude or abrasive. But a lot of guys add more gear hoping to make up for the training and nutrition. Just wanted to put that out there. Of you’re in a deficit and wanting to maintain or add some lean muscle, you might try Masteron. I believe it would be easier on your organs than an oral.
 
I definitely appreciate the advice! I would consider myself in a deficit just due to the hard labor and I'm lifing heavy Everytime I go to the gym no cardio other than I get on the stair stepper with my wife just because she like for me to lol so my cal intake is roughly 2700 a day or less and I feel like it's tough to add more muscle but not loosing any mass just kinda stuck. I have added in 2 raw protein shakes at 30g ofwhey a day to go with my 130 grams from food that I normally eat. My trt doctor didn't like my test levels the last time I went to the clinic but had zero side affects and felt amazing so I cut him out and been ordering my own test and just having bloods done at my primary care doc. Only thing negative but not terrible is my estrogen levels checked a little high at 44 last time I went but no side affects that I can notice. Really didn't want take an ai if I don't have to so imma give it a month and have them checked again.

all good my man I was just making sure you didn't think I was a couch potato trying to get gains but curling a hotpocket into my mouth lol.

For this reason I used to put 2 scoops of whey protein and 2 scoops of instant oats in 4 small/thin shaker cups and bring them, plus a gallon of water, to work with me. I would chug one down in few minutes every 2 hours.
For lean gains on less than optimal calories you can go with anavar, turinabol, or winstrol. The only time you have to worry about your kidneys is if your blood pressure goes out of range for an extended period of time. Hypertension is the kidney killer.
