What’s happening ASF family, I hope all has been okay for everyone

It’s time for me to run another LickMyTate Log , and this one sounded fun and effective to me so here I am!

For this run, I’m about to do 12-15 weeks (Will decide based off my health markers @ 12 week mark) of lean bulking with some of my favorite sponsors I’ve accumulated here over my short but fruitful time here on ASF, the greatest steroid fitness forum

Cycle will be as follows:

• 750 MG / Week of Hammer & Bells Test C - 12 / 15 weeks

• 400 MG / Week of SB Labs Primobolan 200 - 12 / 15 weeks

• 60 MG / Day of Primo Acetate Oral from P Labs - Full Cycle

• 50 MG / PWO (5 day split) of Anavar 50 from Hammer & Bell - First 8 weeks

• 3IU / Day of Your Muscle Shops Hygetropin HGH - Full Cycle

I am SUPER stoked for this cycle, I will be completely dialed in with training and diet and constantly readjusting my macros to continuously push progress of lean muscle mass gains. I am not looking to bulk like a slob, like my last bulk… just super fucking clean gains and a little heavier by the end.

I am currently sitting @ 193 Pounds, approx 10% body fat, super lean from my last bulk which ended at 204 pounds mostly lost fat and water.

Will post current pictures in the next week, still waiting on a few of these items.

I literally can’t wait, I picked some of my favorites, and the products I prefer from them and then added in a new lab for me which is P Labs (heard a lot of good about them).

How many of those primo tabs did you have to cop for that full 12/15 week cycle? They're pretty dope honestly.

My youngest is your age, and my oldest is 39, I'm 58 it goes by real fast. But it was the best decision I made in my life, to become a father. Enjoy every moment, whatever they like to do if you have a boy and he likes to wrestle like my boys wrestle them played football, no matter how you feel no matter how hard you work that day show up. Because believe me I remember changing diapers, now my oldest is almost 40 My middle son is 35, and my youngest who got the nickname the bull, because he was a monster since he was a little boy he's 25 and 245 lb with a 34-in waist. Enjoy it because I miss it so much, I'm sorry for the long message but nothing compares to becoming a father, I pray that everything goes well, and your wife and your child are healthy. Stay on your grind and be a dad.

Cant believe it happened, old lady been going on about a new kid and I played along but didnt think it possible seeing that I am on over a gram of gear but God had a diff plan !

I bought 4 bottles each had 100. I am starting to get low so last few weeks wont have it, but I can say it totally brought a different feel to the table than inj primo.... I feel like it made me fuller and the feel good effects were very pronounced !!! P Labs has a kiler deal on it

My pleasure, I truly mean that and believe me I worked my ass off, I was in the Mason tenders union, for 30 years. It wasn't a glamorous job, but the money was really good. I reread my post it looks terrible, because I'm talking into the phone, and it makes mistakes. My youngest who will be 25 in November, it's not 245 lb, but he is almost 6 ft tall and his weight fluctuates from 230 lb down to around 225. All three of my sons hit the gym, and keep themselves in great shape. And I know it's because, I had a gym in the basement nothing fancy, but a couple of my buddies would come over and we would train together. So they took to it at it early age, but I really mean it stay involved no matter what you have to do and really cherish every moment you have with them, I talk a lot about the young one because My older sons, live in Manhattan and thank God they went to college and they have very good jobs. The youngest move down here with me and my wife, to Florida. He has his own HVAC business now, he went to school for it and he was busting his ass for his bosses, and making them the big money. So fortunately I was very smart in

No problem my brother, and I Read my message to you, and I wanted to fix a mistake I made, don't get me wrong I love all three of my sons. I worked in Manhattan, in the Mason tenders union for 30 years it was hard fucking work I broke my ass, but I made very good money. Nothing glamorous at all, but my three sons are all doing great, I don't get to see the two older ones, because I had a house built down here in Florida Southwest Florida and my youngest came down here with me and my wife. He went to school for HVAC, and he worked for a company for 6 years making them big money, he got certified and started his own business, so he had the money saved to start the business, but me and my wife also helped him, I had the money to do it so I did it. Oh I know I go off too long, but I wanted to fix a huge mistake I mad . My youngest is not 245 lb lol, he's 5'11 and he fluctuates from 220 lb to close to 230 lb, and and that's with either a 32-in waist or a 34-in waist. I thank God that my sons are really doing good in life, but the most important thing is is that they're healthy. Sorry for the long message, but I guess it's just part of getting old.
