Is there a preference between Arimidex or Aromasin to have in hand, just in case?

What about the OTC stuff, like HI Tech Pharm Arimistane? Would this be ok?

Personal preference. Read the profiles for both and make a decision. Generally armidex is better for someone newer to the game and is what I'd suggest.

No, don't rely on an OTC for estrogen management.

You need to look at the drugs a bit on your own.

It will highly depend on what your cycle is.

AIs truly serve different purposes and work better with different drugs. Depending on what we're putting in our bodies, what our metabolism is doing and what our body composition is doing all plays a huge factor with how drugs work and how effective AIs can be, that includes dosage and timing.
They really aren't comparable, the only things they have in common is that they share the same common goal, to a degree.

Aromasin is a blocker or reducer ? I need a reducer. Just want to keep it in check while doing a 600mg test cycle

You are incorrect. That isn't how it works. There isn't a reducer and a blocker.

Take armidex or Aromasin on cycle. They inhibit the enzyme responsible for converting test to estrogen. Read the profile for aromasin and armidex. Tons of information out there.

Aromasin is a suicidal Aromatase inhibitor, which makes it a better choice than other AIs. Exemestane binds with aromatase enzymes and then subsequently permanently disables the enzyme by destroying it.

There are people here who are more versed in the pharmacology of those products, so I won't try to explain.

What I will add, and this is from experience, is that with Arimidex, it is easy to crash your estrogen and can take a long time
to rebound.

Aromasin seems to be more forgiving. If I cash my E2 with it, I seem to feel better in a week, unlike Arimidex.

This is my experience with those compounds, so take it with a grain of salt.
