Ok I quit drinking after I received my test results. These are my new liver function test.
Those values are much better. You're first ones must have been after a long spell of heavy drinking. The liver is an amazing organ, the only one with the ability to heal itself. To see that much of a turnaround is a very encouraging sign for your continued recovery. Abstain from alcohol here on out and you'll have a new lease on life.
I believe that a simple test cycle would do you some good, not from the standpoint that your test is low, but it would be a great incentive to continue with a healthy eating, exercise and sleeping plan to substitute for the alcohol. Here's where my opinion departs from Wiseguy (he's very knowledgeable) but IMO the 200mg dose is a little low. You're original labs had a Test result at 516ng/dl, I believe. If that's to be used as your starting point and you dose at 200mg/wk you should expect a Test level around 800ng/dl +or- and that still falls in the normal range. Personally I would start at 300mg/wk and expect a Test level of 1200-1300ng/dl. This is above the normal range but not as enhanced as the "standard" 500mg beginner cycle. I'd have some Aromisim on hand if you develop sides (your E2 is slightly elevated, probably from the alcohol) and also get your PCT in order before starting. Lots of beginners don't do this and then panic when the time comes.
Regardless of whatever dose you use, just keep abstaining from alcohol. You made the decision that probably saved your life.
**BTW your name is on your labs again. I notified a mod for editing.
