Bro you may have high blood pressure. I would cancel your fight until you are physically ready. Like Gs said back off just because you can lift heavy weights doesn't mean you should be. Start slow and work your way back into a routine!

I'm just starting to train after a 5 month break and I'm lifting ridiculous small weights, I'm huge and it's the goofiest thing to watch. Lighter weights=more reps that's all.

Everyone has to start from the beginning. No one I know goes to the gym and benches 225 for 20 reps when they started. I took nine months off and it is embarrassing lifting light weight but it comes back fairly quickly.

If it's high blood pressure, you need to get on the cardio, stat. 45 minutes to an hour a day should be good.

Cut down on red meat (especially fattier cuts), less hot dogs, sausage and burgers. More white meat. More veggies. Less simple sugars (e.g. less soda, white bread, etc., more oatmeal and whole wheat bread) Lots of garlic. Fish oil pills.

You should have good blood pressure in no time :winkfinger:
