Day 49 and one more remaining. No change in cardio frequency or stamina. As a matter of fact my buddy in Vegas was asking me how come I have some much energy doing hour cardio on top of workout, posing, hanging out and staying up late and not worn out. Most say Tren kills cardio but not while I am on GW. With that said I do have significant experience in cardio in physical/agility training.

Anyway like I said my main concern is what happens after I take my last dose tomorrow? I always run GW along side tren, so if I notice a significant drop in cardio stamina I have to get back on the original GW since I have several bottles handy. We shall find out.

One more day my friends.

Day 50 the final day of the cycle. All the way to the end the energy level was great and cardio was a non issue while on Tren. Really enjoyed this super GW.

The good.

1. Sustained clean energy.
2. No crash
3. Able to do cardio and push through without any issues
4. No side effects.

The bad?

1. Don't know? I did not experience any side effects or anything that I can blame the GW for.

The unknown

1. What is going to happen after I stop? Do I lose that drive and energy? Does my cardio get harder?
2. Blood work. Original GW kept my lipids in perfect condition. Will this super version do the same? I won't know until I do blood work.


Overall I am very pleased with the cycle. Since I am in show prep right now blood work will be useless with all the gear that I am taking. I will do my blood work 30 to 45 days after the end of cycle to see where my markers are. In all fairness to GW that will not show anything either since it will be about 12 weeks from now. I might have to run GW 45 days post cycle to see what it does to lipids.

I like to thank Vision and the entire PSL team for sponsoring me and let me do the log for them. I really liked the product and if anyone is in weight loss or cut mode I highly recommend incorporating the Super GW to their supplements. It will do wonders for your cardio.

Have you thought about just pulling CMP & lipid panel to see if the GW could be protective while on cycle?

Have done it with the original and it was protective. Have not done it with the new formula.

Let's us know how it works. I'm interested in that product. I've been on the fence about spending that much.
Will do, I’m out of service for the next 2 months, but looking forward to once I’m cleared for cardio and BJJ.

I’m most interested in using it for endurance, but am curious to see if it raises my low HDL too!

Just FYI I eat one avocado per day, bunch of pistachios, almonds and pecan, tea spoon of flaxid oil, 4000MG of fish oil and on top of it GW and my good cholestrol is around 85 to 90. Can't stress the importance of healthy fats.

Update. Its been a week since I finished the cycle and I feel the sluggishness. I fly through hour cardio but at 45 minutes I was struggling. Now remember I am on a tren cycle and always run cardarine along with it. I am going to start the regular GW up again starting tomorrow. I have 6 weeks left to my next show and I don't think I can make it. The GW gave me huge cardio advantage while on tren.
Anyway, Ill post another update once about a week or so.

Yes Vision that was a big concern for me as well. I can tell you the product works wonders and I was full of energy and flying through cardio while on Tren. Very important for people to understand while on TREN. Normally I am in superb cardio shape and on regular trt don't need GW, but on tren for all the benefits yes. So now I have regular GW on had and will start using it tomorrow to see how it compares. I know for sure Ill be back hitting cardio hard again, but that extra energy through out the day will be interesting to see. Ill keep you posted in a week.

I just want to make sure I’m getting this right. You usually take GW the whole cycle and the 30-45 days after cycle until you get bloodwork to help out your lipids right?

Or ran just the duration of your cycle then stop GW then do bloodwork 30-45 days after cycle to see how it helped your lipids on cycle?

I’m thinking about adding this to my cycle now to help my lipids…do you prefer 20mg over 10?

I may have missed it and I apologize if I did. How did it affect your sleep? So you took it early am and we’re good all day? I work out at different times. Sometimes 11 and 3. Just curious when I should take it since I’m working out later in the day than you. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I will be starting on it Monday.

No adverse effect on sleeping at all. I always take it first think in the morning about 3 am is when I workout.

Any updates @Wiseguy? How are your work outs now? Any advice on using? Time etc.

Ok so here is the low down. After I stopped few days later I felt sluggish and had a hard time finishing my hour cardio. Those who know me I've been doing hour cardio 7 days a week forever. Since I am on tren cycle which is a cardio killer I tried to muscle through it without GW but no luck. I had the original GW on hand and started taking it. Couple of days later cardio back to normal. The only difference for me is the new version seems to give me more energy through out the day. I can't speak for blood work because I am still on the cycle for four more weeks and the results of my blood work will not be related to the Super GW. I would have to do another cycle just to compare blood work results.

Overall it works and gave me a lot of drive without crash to burn fat and do more cardio, but again as far as the effect on lipid panel like the original GW I wouldn't know.

This is actually something that was on the top of my mind the whole time, but I never seen you mention it so I never asked. And I figured if it was an issue you would have said it from the very beginning, but it's great that you clarify that.. 👍👍

I also wonder how this stuff would work If someone is sick, like having the common cold, or bad sinuses or whatnot If this would work with giving them the added advantage with some more energy at the same time opening up their airways?!?!?!? 🤷🤷
