Not sure a 60 day of gw is a good idea . I'd probably do 4 weeks on then 2 weeks off then another 4 weeks on
I always did 20mg from day one. Still after all these years I have not built a resistance to it. Still kicks in hard at 20mg for me. Do what's best for you and assess it from there.I'd probably ran 10 mg until the body got use to it then bumped it up to 15 then 20 . You may have to go 25 and maybe 30 to complete the run straight in a row like that
You was saying you felt tired lol. I know the study is BS broI've been doing GW for at least 7 years and have had zero issues. I am not sure what your concern is, but i did some extensive research on it and did not find anything adverse except that one study on rats that were given extreme dosage which claims it caused cancer. Again, one study and extreme dosage.
I was first time and I am sure I was overtraining. My day is very active. Hour cardio, weigh lifting, soccer training, football strength training, cardio at night. At 58 I still can keep up with the collegeYou was saying you felt tired lol. I know the study is BS bro
That is a good question. For me the only difference without blood work its been the extra energy I have after the workout. So with regular GW I go through cardio no issue and my workout and get home and all is well. Weight loss, blood work afterwards with excellent lipids. With Super GW I just have tons of energy after the workout. The only thing that has changed in my regime is the super GW. So is that it? Don't know but I do feel great.What I want to try to figure out and haven't been successful yet is, is how does Super Cardarine correlate to Regular cardarine. Everyone asks me, how does 15mgs of Super cardarine compare to 15mgs of regular cardarine. Is it 25%, 50%, 75% etc.
I have been unable to come up with an accurate answer.

I am not sure if its the GW leaning me out, but I know when I am on it one hour of cardio is piece of cake. Just lots of energy and stamina. I have a show in 11 weeks and I plan on stepping on stage around 182 which is going to make me super lean.From looking at the pic you posted youre already pretty damn lean. How much leaner are you looking to get? Is the GW really having the effect of leaning you out or is it just all the cardio?
Never tried Tbol so couldn't tell you. I can tell you that Var and Winstrol work amazing along with GW.Donu feel tbol would be a great addition to gw???? Hmmm

Man I'm loving your log(s) and loving how consistent your energy levels are. This gives me hope for when I cut that perhaps I can maintain some energy this time with the help of EP GW 😀 I'll 100% be getting stocked up on it before then.Day 33 more of the same. Full of energy and cardio is still a non issue. I am eating less because my stomach is shrinking. Not hungry anymore. My last meal is usually around 5 pm and the next meal is around 6:30 am the following day. I am seeing remarkable changes daily. Again I am on a cut stack so its not only the GW, but it is helping with the cardio and energy side.
