Not sure a 60 day of gw is a good idea . I'd probably do 4 weeks on then 2 weeks off then another 4 weeks on

I'd probably ran 10 mg until the body got use to it then bumped it up to 15 then 20 . You may have to go 25 and maybe 30 to complete the run straight in a row like that

I've been doing GW for at least 7 years and have had zero issues. I am not sure what your concern is, but i did some extensive research on it and did not find anything adverse except that one study on rats that were given extreme dosage which claims it caused cancer. Again, one study and extreme dosage.

I always did 20mg from day one. Still after all these years I have not built a resistance to it. Still kicks in hard at 20mg for me. Do what's best for you and assess it from there.

Day 23 kicked off with a bang. Whatever I was going through yesterday is gone. I probably needed some rest thats all. Went to the gym and jumped on the treadmill with much energy. Did one hour like it was nothing and incline and speed was better than yesterday. Back home eating some breakfast before heading back to the gym for lifting about 3 hours from now. Feeling great and keep pushing it through. I am getting leaner daily. Going to try and hit another hour of cardio on my bike later this afternoon. I like watching soccer on tv and cardio. Time flies. Anyway, back on track again.

I was first time and I am sure I was overtraining. My day is very active. Hour cardio, weigh lifting, soccer training, football strength training, cardio at night. At 58 I still can keep up with the college
Kids.

Day 24 and damn it was a good one. Woke up full of energy and hit the StairMaster.t After that one hour session I am the master now lol. I was climbing those stairs like it was nothing. Drenched and had to change before hitting arms. Finished a 35 minutes arm session right after and I still feel great. Getting leaner daily now that the tren and other gear are kicking in. Again, tons of compliments at the gym and even being asked where I get the energy from.

That is a good question. For me the only difference without blood work its been the extra energy I have after the workout. So with regular GW I go through cardio no issue and my workout and get home and all is well. Weight loss, blood work afterwards with excellent lipids. With Super GW I just have tons of energy after the workout. The only thing that has changed in my regime is the super GW. So is that it? Don't know but I do feel great.

Day 25 and no slowing down. Right after I did one hour of cardio I hit shoulders hard. No lack of drive and energy here, even with Tren mix at 225 mg weekly. I refuse to go on the scale, but visibly my waist is shrinking, I have to use an extra notch on my belt and tight shirts on top are getting lose around the waist as well. What I can say for sure without the blood work that SuperGW definitely energizes my cardio and lifting workout.

Day 26 and more of the same. Good energy level and cardio is a breeze. Nothing much different to report. Again, the weight loss is very visual right now. Muscle separation and waist line shrinking for sure. So far so good. I will jump back on the regular GW in July just to see and remind my self how the two compare.

Day 27 and more of the same. No lack of energy here. Yesterday after my working workout and cardio I was still able to ride the bike for one hour in the afternoon. Since I am on cycle with all kinds of gear I am sure that is contributing the the effects of the GW. Eating is good, but I have to force myself. I eat so little and so frequent that my stomach shrank and all I need is couple of bites until my next meal. Right now I just make sure calories are in check and thats it.

Day 28 and no slowing down. I did do another one of session on the bike yesterday afternoon. I just have way too much energy and need to burn it off. Workouts are excellent from beginning to end. No sides that I can tell. I take my 20mg 30 minutes prior to cardio and I am good for at least 6 hours after. It 100% complementing the tren mix that I am on. Zero cardio issue while on tren which is remarkable. No shortness of breath or lethargy at all. Its been very nice and pretty much half way there and results are amazing. Again, I am on a ton of gear as well, but the energy level is not from the gear.

Day 29. Today is my off day from lifting but I still did my one hour cardio. Still have a lot of energy left but traveling with the soccer team this morning for a match. Depending on how I feel this afternoon I might do another round of cardio. Weight loss is coming along. No scale but visibly is obvious. Monday Ill be 11 weeks out from my next show and this GW helped me kick start my weight loss. Once I am done with this, Ill be running t3 and clen the rest of the way.
No issues to report just great energy.

Day 30 up extremely early today. Came back home after soccer yesterday and after eating and relaxing I fell asleep around 6 pm LOL. Wife was kind enough to let me crash for the night. Had my cup of coffee and headed to the gym for one hour cardio. Today is also my leg day. Have some yard work as well when later today so its going to be a pretty busy morning. Good energy, well rested headed to the gym. Did my hour cardio no problem at all. There was only one other person there with me. Decided to hit the steam room for 10 minutes and than headed back home. Ill be returning to the gym later for leg day.
Still full of energy and getting leaner by the minute. I had 6 hard boiled eggs and half of avocado for after cardio meal. Nothing exciting but does the trick.

20 days left to this wonderful journey.

From looking at the pic you posted youre already pretty damn lean. How much leaner are you looking to get? Is the GW really having the effect of leaning you out or is it just all the cardio?

I am not sure if its the GW leaning me out, but I know when I am on it one hour of cardio is piece of cake. Just lots of energy and stamina. I have a show in 11 weeks and I plan on stepping on stage around 182 which is going to make me super lean.

Day 31 and more of the same. Energy and pushing through cardio is very easy. I can't imagine being on tren without GW and do what I do on the treadmill or bike. No problems with the cycle or the GW as far as I can tell. 11 weeks out from my show and feeling great. On schedule and I am confident will be tearing it up.

Day 32 and feeling great. No loss of energy today. Did my one hour cardio and arms. I plan on doing another hour this afternoon. No sides at all. The fact that I am still pushing hour cardio daily (sometimes two) while on tren is remarkable. Once this cycle is over I am going to go back to the original GW and see if there is a drop of energy and stamina. So far so good.

Was pretty bored this afternoon and with rain I decided to go on the treadmill. Did one hour without any issues. Still have tons of energy, but going to chill and watch the John Wick Trilogy waiting for the 4th on Thursday.

Never tried Tbol so couldn't tell you. I can tell you that Var and Winstrol work amazing along with GW.

Thank Matt. The energy level is definitely up. After hour of cardio and working out still get home and full of energy and running around doing things.

Day 34 and its been incredible. Stepped on the scale for the first time today in I don't recall last time but I am down 10 pounds. 184 as of this morning. I am so freaking excited because my shoulders, arms, back, chest and legs are all bigger but my waist is shrinking. Good stuff guys. Diet, Cardio, GW and the right combination of gear works like magic. Will post pics updates soon.

Day 35. Today was bike day and I did 20 miles. As I am getting leaner my energy level is going higher. For those who think no carbs equals no energy I will challenge you on that big time. I don't do carbs, but yet do more cardio than anybody else that I know. Anyway, GW is definitely helping with the cycle and weight loss. At this pace Ill be ready perfectly for show. No sides or any issues.

Day 36 of this excellent run and the fat keeps pealing off. Woke up at 3 am full of energy and headed to the gym. Had my cup of coffee and jumped on the treadmill. Did my hour of cardio, went in to the steam room for ten minutes, sat in the jacuzzi for another ten, showered and head back home. Feeling awesome today. Had good post cardio breakfast. Will be going back to the gym later this morning to lift. I train him twice a week.

I will definitely be cycling this new GW again, but only after I do my bloods and see if it had the same effect as the original. So far is very promising.

Day 37. Busy day today. Woke up around 2:30 had my coffee and decided to do cardio at home since I am training my son later this morning. One hour done without an issue. Around 7 am we will be heading to the gym. I am also coaching a soccer game this afternoon so plenty of cardio standing on my feet. Might have lost another pound. I am looking very lean. Would be interesting to see what happens when I stop the GW in 13 days. Will my energy level drop? We shall find out.
