Day four and same results. No issue finishing one hour and wanting to do more. Haven't stepped on scale and wont for a while. Energy and recovery is extremely good. Did shoulders after one hour of cardio and pressed hard. No negatives to report so far. In couple of weeks I start my cut cycle for the show. I am very anxious to see how this version of the GW is going to help with the tren sides. More to come.....

46 more days to go.
Man man you're a lot like me when not stepping on the scale, the only day I step on the scale is on check-in days and that's Saturday morning at 3:00 a.m. will fasted haha.. that scale can fuck with your head during the week.

Yes its so pointless to get on the scale daily. You are not losing or gaining a pound every day. Also, I always look at the mirror and base my workout on what I see. If I look the way I want to look, I don't care what the scale says. The only reason I do get on it to make sure I make weight class that's it. If you can't tell you are losing or gaining weight by looking at yourself or the way your pants and shirts fit, you are just fooling yourself.

1000% man once I step in the scale, then I take my pictures, and of all pictures what essentially focus on is my lower glutes, and my back flack. That right there is the game changer Long as I have the same lighting which is obvious, it's always the same room, I keep it in the same spot so for the most part the lighting is almost always the same. And week by week I can see what's happening with my body composition regardless of a front double bi or a side chest, side obliques. That lower back and glutes speak volumes..

Day five. Today I decided to hit the stair master, which after my cardio session is not the master any more. LOL. I was running up the stairs like I was 9 years old. Level of energy and intensity is awesome. One issue I noticed today. My legs were extremely sore from yesterdays shoulder day, Say what? yes, I never get sore after cardio but its evident that I am pushing harder, going faster on a steeper incline and my legs are telling me that today. Its actually a good thing and I haven't had this feeling in my legs after cardio for a long time. Good stuff. 10 more days before I start my cut cycle and that I can't wait.

45 more days to go.

Day six. No slowing down. Again, I take the GW right before heading to the gym on a empty stomach. Push through one hour no issue one day after leg day. My legs were so sore going in, but 10 minutes on the treadmill I was loosened up. Monday my competition cycle start and I can't wait to see how this is going to interact with the gear, specially the Tren mix.

44 more days to go.

It will work fine just by itself. It just gives you such much energy and endurance. I can do cardio for hours. Unlike pre workouts there is no huge high or crash. You just have this energy and that's it. As far as bloods it tremendous when it comes to cholestrol Management. After running my competition cycle I take bloods 30 days after and my total cholestrol was 140. We are talking about taking Tren, Halo, Test, Mast, Primo and var.
I have not experienced anything bad. Been cycling the original GW- for about 5 years now and this new version so far is very promising.

There's really just so much to learn it is never ending, so I definitely understand.

I could ask questions all day long, pick everyone's brain, and still come up with more questions.

My friend, Ive been doing this for over three decades and I am still learning. It never ends. You will read lots of good and bad about all kinds of stuff, but at the end of the day it will come down to what works for you.

For example, Deca, Dbol, Dbol, SD, AI's I will never touch, hate them all but people swear by them and thats great. Keep on reading and experimenting until you find that sweet spot.

You are too kind my friend. I have learned so much from you. I read every post you make. No bro science with Vision, facts with data and that's what I like to read. I appreciate all your hard work.

Not trying to turn this into one big bro hug, but truly I mean it, you are one of the few within the past decade or more that has not only contributed, but you have gone out of your way with so many members, whether beginners, guys just starting out, or older lions, gym rats, and even advanced users, you've taken your time and you treated everyone the same with zero discrimination with that said you single-handedly have been if not one of the best, definitely up their ranked in the top three Hall of Fame on ASF would simply everything that you offer all the way across the board and not just specializing in one area, going the extra mile in just about each and every single area and topic.
Kudos to you for that, and it's because of reasons like that, that I admire and look up to you brother.

Brother I've said it once and I'll say it again, we literally know more about the distant cosmos, the galaxies that are trillions of light years away, we know more about fungus and bacteria that is found on the windshields of spacecraft.
Compare to how much we know about the endocrine system, the neuroendocrine system, hormones and simply just the complete anatomy of the human body and especially the functionalities of the brain.
Science is truly getting better, but it's also getting limited with funds because of lobbyists and the obvious ulterior motives.

It's for these exact reasons that each and every single one of us should rely on each other, take all of our anecdotal feedback and put it into great consideration, move forward with our own research and conducting our own data, blood work, feedback, and this also includes verbal remarks regarding results and feels.
Because at the very end of the day, we are - out after all..
This is why we come to our fellow peers, this is why some data is scrutinized, and that times people are given a hard time, simply because we need facts and more information. We need as much peer-reviewed content as possible.
This is one of the reasons why I has been a huge advocate with sponsored athletes and loggers here at www.PuritySourceLabs.ru , because at the end of the day we are are very own science experiments.

Day 7 started little rough and not because of the GW. Last night we had soccer practice in the rain until 9 pm. By the time I got home showered and went to be was 10:30. Woke up at three automatically. By the way I have not used an alarm clock for the past 30 years. For whatever reason and doesn't matter if I am on the West or East coast and even vacation in Europe or Hawaii, I still get up at 3 am. Anyway I was tired and kind of limped out of bed, got my coffee, took my GW and headed to the gym. Once I got there I finished one hour no issue, but my body is very sore. I know the reason because I've been running faster on a higher incline and peddling faster on the bike as well. Did a good arms routine and headed back home. Just had 6 eggs and a can of sardines and I am ready to go back to bed for couple of hours. I honestly think without the GW I would have not been able to perform today.

43 days remaining. Monday my cut cycle starts so that should be very exciting.

Thank you Wes. It is my favorite compound as well. This is my first time using the super GW. The cardio endurance part has been great. Ill have to wait until the very end to do my bloods and see how it compares to regular GW. So far so good.

Day eight of the Super GW again without any issues. Went on the treadmill again this morning and just kept going for one hour. The sweating is getting back to normal again, because I think I am getting used to the treadmill settings. The extra speed and level is quickly stabilizing. I wonder how much of a drop I will have once I stop. I know I won't stop my cardio since Ive been doing it for such a long time, but I am sure the intensity will change. Anyway no major anything to report. Cardio done and after I eat something light I'll head to the gym for some shoulder workout this morning.

42 more days to go.

Day nine and still going strong. Did one hour cardio on the treadmill followed by 20 minutes swim, jacuzzi, steam room and I am looking lean. Had zero problem doing the cardio or the laps. No weight training today. Tomorrow I start my cut cycle for the first show of the year. It will be interesting to see how this version of GW will work against the Tren sides.

41 more days to go.

No absolutely there is. GW is wonderful and I fly through one hour no issues, but this one I feel going longer and have to stop. One major difference I find is when I get home even few hours later I feel like moving around and doing things. I am not sure if this is the Super GW or its me.

Man I grabbed a good amount of this stuff because I wanted to jump on this when I had my plans of getting back to the gym in November before my doctor told me no Sept..

Here's the reason being.. It wasn't necessarily for the cardio effects and what not..

But I've done some extensive research and it seems to be that this stuff can also act as if a off label nootropic..

Have you noticed that this stuff has some sort of nortropic like side effects?
And if so how would you compare it in regards to the list of nortropics, as they can all change, whether it's caffeine, tobacco (Yes that one surprise me too when I found out).. or other compounds that are sold on the market like the alpha brain and other sorts of nitrophics..

Last but not least my biggest problem is my brain not turning off at night time how are your thoughts, are they rampant or are you able to just go right out?
