Interesting
I took a high dose for years and always tried to time my workouts around it.
My theory is that I want to still keep my dopamine receptors firing so I would do workouts when the addy wasn’t in my system. Basically for dopamine receptor upregulation.
If you lift on addy it seems that would cause dopamine to downregulate. Then when you try and work out without it the work out would suck. Because for me I get pleasure from lifting. So things like video games or anything pleasure seeking I won’t do with addy in my system.
With working out tho to the brain it can interpret as a task thus causing upregulation. In turn making addy more effective the next day.
Also I’m dehydrated usually on amphet and if I lifting on addy all the time I figure that would be asking for a tendon injury over time.
