Anyone have a good low dose clen protocol? I’ve never actually used the stuff but I want to speed up this fat loss phase. I’m ve even heard of like 30mics eod. Looking for the lowest effective dosing protocol. Grabbed that 687mic/ml shit 🤣 so start at .05ml?IMG_7755.jpeg

I've heard almost everyone say 40mcg daily is the starting point, split-dosed morning and afternoon.

I have to assume this is the minimal dose required for effects.

I remember years ago the trend was to increase dosage every 2 days or something as the receptor regulates to it quickly, but I saw a podcast a few weeks ago saying this is not true. I'd link it if I could find it... probably Todd Lee or Big Paul.

Start at 20mcgs ED. Not sure what that equates to with yours dosed so high 😂
 
Why are u getting that all tested?
It was from when I was in the ER a while back and they had to test me for all sorts of shit 🤣 I was cross examining sime bloodwork and ran into it. Ngl pulling labs once a month gives you some great reference points especially when you know what your running on those specific dates.

I'm already semi lean I'm going to test the waters with 20mics and see what happens. Thanks

I responded well to starting at 20mcg and moving to 40 after 60 days to remove the remaining fat.

You probably shouldn't provide input on things you don't know about. This has to be the stupidest way one could do clen and also potentially dangerous. You can ride the same dosage for months at a time and still reap the benefits. Most people will never even need to reach 120 mcg but with this youd have them there in 8 days if you start them at 40mcg

What I'm getting at is that tapering dosage upwards is just what was previously done, and is still widely recommended - but it isn't actually required as its believed to be.

If I could find the video saying why the beta-2 receptor doesnt need the tapering like it was once believed, I'd post it.
 
I’d call this a successful first rebound attempt. Health is in order, up 40 lbs. Unsure where to go from here.

I’ve really been enjoying hard sprints in the morning. Diet has been better. Training has been completely random and unorganized. Considering running @Meetketchup s split and getting dialed back in, eating strictly at maintenance.

Fasted Glucose, A1C, Fasted Insulin, CBC, CMP, Thyroid Panel, CRP, GGT and Cystatin-C EGFR labs Friday. Haven’t used any insulin recently and my fasted bg is between 82-89.

I’ll probably just do whatever and fuck around the rest of the week and start progressive overloading again come Monday instead of throwing weight around. My issue is throwing weight around is what makes this fun and following a program feels like I’m in school or some shit

Will certainly put some muscle on your legs, which will respond quickly on that split. Will add lean tissue just on maintenance due to your previous lack of leg training. That's not a slight btw. Just stating a point.
