cant remember what all I ate. a bunch of the usual bs and whey though.

I hit chest day, 2 days after my last one, was ready to go because of how i planned it out with the volume. Slammed 315x3 easy. I definitely couldve got 4 maybe even 5 but my spotter looked dainty so i called it. They were way faster and easier reps than usual though

life problems. gf was acting hella sketch yesterday. not a me thing. she suddenly goes 2 hrs away to go to a big city to go to the bars with some friends she "hadnt mentioned before." I ask to see the bar fit (she always takes pics of herself ik she got one before she left so i was tryna see if she dressed conservatively or not). and she replies "goodnight ❤️". like hours before shed actually be going to bed. just as a way to avoid the question and to shut me down for the rest of the night. Is that not like obviously sketch?

so i think im gunna have a long talk today that will likely result in us either progressing (been a dead end for a while) or breaking up. probably breaking up. we'll see. Anyway, if we're breaking up, then I've definitely got to get shredded for halloween. so we just might dial in

Bro most women feel insecure around an attractive guy, reason you see a lot of 9s or 10s with slobs because they’re the better looking and have the upper hand in the relationship. Then they can cheat with a hot guy and always have the dummy that thinks he won the lotto with her. Only hot chicks that are with an attractive dude are the ones who’s dude has game and is a go getter. the cuts started fr. added 250 dnp. deficit and cardio reupped. going to be shredded for halloween. ill realistically be done ahead of schedule

undershot my protein goal. i'll do better tomorrow. going to skip boxing but do extra biking.

hit the worst back day the worlds ever seen. kept volume low though, so I'm going to do legs tomorrow then hit back again in 2 days. same strat as last weak bench day, i'll be recovered in 2 days.

gf had a long talk to try to see how we could reconcile things. she wasnt cheating or anything just seemed like she stopped caring about me a while ago so thats why i was pretty insistent we just part ways. pretty sad cuz she was hot af and charismatic in the beginning. i feel very human since breaking up with her. idk how to describe it. its a good thing

around there. theres some work lunch tomorrow at an asian place that might put my closer to 3 but i'll try to keep it reasonable. and im going to the fair this weekend.

wont be perfect but im gunna keep things within reason for the next couple weeks
