maybe ment is the relationship killer its made out to be. girlfriend raised some redflags, i called her out on em, now we're on shaky ground.
I get "leg extensions only doesnt work
" but neither does halfassing a different compound every week while my knees fail me. so im trying leg extensions only for a while.

@TakeItEazy said it obviously true, if I can't keep up the intensity then I've gotta up the volume. So for leg extensions I did 3 rest pause sets with 5 minisets each. 15 deep breaths between each miniset, 4min between each actual set. I think my quads did get a good workout in, the numbers on the last set were significantly worse than the first 2, so those first 2 probably did a good job.
Ham curls and bad girls were done with 2 rest pause sets each to failure. heavy one then a backoff one. Good girls were done at like 80-85% intensity for 2 straight sets. those are just to keep the adductors functional for when i inevitably add compounds back in. only topset tracked.
15 sets of leg extensions doesnt sound low mileage, but I did manage to finish the workout in under an hour, including the 4 sets of neck curls I did. Still no forearm work, theyre blasted from rock climbing. If they still are tomorrow, I'll sub the back day for push day. Benefit of having only done 1 set each yesterday; likely ready to go already.
