[AASDIRECT] Fuel efficiency log ⛽️

It’s literally against the law to post a pic like that without recipe. Holding out ass MFer.
rice:
1 cup basmati rice severely rinsed, thrown into rice cooker with 1.4ish cups of water, dash of olive oil, some salt, and lil garlic powder

chicken:
8oz boneless skinless thighs, diced
tossed in red cayenne and garlic
added to a hot skillet of oil

sauce
once chicken is cooked (seared all over, thoroughly cooked inside too)
turn heat low
pour in 1/6 of this jar from kroger (costs 3 bucks for jar)

add in an equal amount of heavy whipping cream to dilute the sauce and spread it out more cuz the sauce was expensive and im a cheapskate
mix it up


ur technically supposed to just sear the chicken, then add the sauce and let it fully cook through while its on low heat with the sauce, but i didnt trust myself to get it cooked properly that way, and this way worked out fine

been eating and sleeping good. bench still went down 2 reps 😡😡 been stalled here a minute. not sure what to do. everything else went up significantly though

potassium daily recommended value is like 5 grams. how the hell are you supposed to get that much? even the little supplements are like 100mg. are people taking 50 of those a day?

seems like if you arent using potatos as ur main carb ur kinda fucked. ive added some potassium chloride i got for cheap off amazon and its been helping i think.

leg day attached. started getting back pumps warming up smith squats so i gave up. felt good up until then. i think its because im out of protein powder so i havent been taking my potassium and i usually do 6 scoops potassium with 4 scoops protein powder every morning and night. workout attached

Is that a normal leg day for you? I mean exercises, sets and reps?
theres no normal recently. ideally id do a quad compound for 3 solid sets, then 2 sets of each of those isos. recently, ive started with isos so i can hopefully take some load off the quad compound and hit some solid sets. and ive upped it to 5 sets of the leg extensions because theres a good chance the compound goes to shit anyway. 3 sets hams, 2 sets good/bad girls. usually 2 sets calves (or 0 🤣) but today and moving forward thatll be 5

also keep in mind im doing really slow and paused reps so these weights are lower than usual. oakley style

im kinda at a crossroads here. been blasting since end of june. thinking of taking a small cruise. got a couple options

1. cruise, cut, add stuff back in at end of cut once really lean
2. cruise, keep bulking
3. keep on as is
4. half my dosages and keep on

You keep bulking at this point you're going to put on more fat than muscle. Just how it is. You can see it in your last pic that you're at that point. Cut down, clean out and then do your thing when lean enough. Just my opinion.

definitely what i want to do too. i always dread a cruise but never regret it

9 weeks complete. final day. havent pinned since monday. with water mostly under control morning weight is settling around 204. final pic included, cant judge how much muscle was put on until the cut's showing us.

down regulating for a bit. been blasting since late june. that will conclude this log
