I have, my knees are hit and miss with equipment, but they've gotten better. I'll definitely give it another go to see how it feels.

I think being 50+ lbs lighter has helped my knee pains tremendously, making leg exercises feel better than they used to.

I'm sure losing that weight has definitely helped your knees.

Be careful on there. Gotta take care of our joints.

I totally get what u mean now bro. Fair enough no not 8 plates a side lol. Idk if I even wish I could do that lol esp at my age. Me and my buddies use that terminology for straight bar free weights or independently weighted free weight machines but I see how it can be applied to this context. Ok I wasn't trying to argue what so ever. I'm going off what the gym owner and what is was called in the book he ordered it from. And looking at the 2 machines tjey seem to be a different design but same exercise. Thank you tho honestly appreciate the input.

Weight is coming back on fast a.f.191.3 . Up 6lbs I. A week.... man I've missed food lol
 
Top it all off i ended up in the hospital for 3 days with high bp and tribonin levels raised which caused heart stress. But first day back today gonna hit arms and get back to these gains.

Soooo finally feeling better. Been a crazy month. Got my atp and my bp back under control. Hit the gym sat for a light arm day with 2miles steady state low impact cardio.

So afyer a 2nd stay in the hospital i am finally cleared to get back at it. I had a severe case of anemia and a potassium deficiency along with a increase in my trabonin enzyme level from my heart. Along with a severe blood infection.sorry for the laps in training logs but I will resume tomorrow. Blood work lools great and very eager to get back to getting gains. I lost 16lbs of water weight from my new diuretic/ b.p meds. Feeling soo much better.
