Whats up guys! I've been lurking around for some weeks just trying to learn and fill in some blanks. Alot of information to take in but I wanted your guys opinion on what path to take. I'm a long time mma fighter (currently) sitting at 5'10 - 210 pounds late 20s and went to the normal gym 6 days per week and mma 4 days per week when im just training. A year ago I injured my shoulder and just recently got surgery about a month ago and I'm almost back to where I can train thanks to TB500 and BPC157. Ive lost quite a bit of muscle not bring able to train and my body fat % has gone up too much for me. However, even when I was training to full, I always had a mid section, I could never get rid of eat even eating once per day at 1000 calories. So I went and got my test checked and it was 200 with 6 free. So I was put on trt 6 months ago and am at 200mg/week and because of the injury I haven't been in the gym much except legs and normal routine stuff from home. I've still been maintaing a deficient from a matanince of 3036 down to 2500 but I usually end up around 1800 once I complete my protien. And the mid section won't go away. I'm going to get my TSH levels checked but I need the fat down. I think my muscle mass will come back easily once I get going again but this time around I want the body fat to 10% or below mainly before I do any fun stuff. What would you guys recommend I take gear or otherwise to get this body fat% down. I was recommended test and anavar. But if I can save that for my next bulk and can get the fat off otherwise I'm open. Alot of my progress has been depleted since my Injury so getting it back with a little help is better. Happy to be apart of the forum guys! So far from what I've read eveyone is really cool and down to earth. Seems like my kinda place 🤙 once I'm fully healed im back in the game better than before.
