A day off for a bunch of people who work with their hands, what a fucking joke

Labor day? It should be Labor week. These people built our country with blood and sweat and are still doing it. They deserve a week. Think about it the next you drive into a tunnel or over a bridge. How about that beautiful home or apartment you live in or the school your kids go to. Thank you to all those people past and present for your hard work.

I hear that luckily I was off the last 3 days first break I've had I a minute working labor intesive jobs in this heat lately has been killer really leaned out though lol u all enjoy ur holiday

So true. I've worked my share of 'labor' jobs. I've worked for myself for a very long time now and I'm ALWAYS working on labor day... ironic.

The past three days including today, I've never had to do more running around. I started at 6:30am today......and didn't even make it to the gym lol. Two of my most favorite holidays Labor and Memorial day. When they arrive kinda warms the heart like no other holiday. To bad it rained all fucking weekend.
