How much higher are you gonna push the weight? I cant remember what you said your target was but, looks like you could keep packing it on before things got too sloppy.

I think we are overlooking the fact that he maybe the only member of ASF who lifts Monty. Lets just reflect on that for a moment

I lift from time to time too damn it.
Thanks guys. It's a commitment. Monte plan is to push over 280-285 at this body fat by November if possible. Then I will start my prep for spring.
Well the way you're heading should be set up in great position for prep next spring.

My trainer has me doing abductor machine too. Only thing is he makes me do it standing up and squatting down as I push out.

changes constantly. right now Im on a higher carb diet. lots of eggs, liquid whites, protein shakes, beef or chicken with broccoli and white rice. cheat when I feel I need one. yesterday I had an ice cream just cause I felt like it.



Still traveling. Mrs did Legs/Glutes today. Had her focus on higher rep (15 min) on her sets. Video she sent

nope, only take 1 to 2 days off per month as I feel needed. over the years my body has adapted to the volume and constant working. sometimes I feel that its no telling how big I would be if I did take time off but every time I try it I hate it. I love working out daily, only thing that keeps me sane.

Yeah I don't know how the fuck your do that. You told me before that you sometimes grab a couple eggos, eat them and slam a scoop of C4 and you're out the door. Don't you feel flat going in?

If he was training natty, maybe. But fasted on the right gear can be really nice. Veins popping and decent pumps, plus it seems to get my head right early in the day.

Every workout I do is early morning at 5am ...and its fasted ....just have a heavy shake nite before and Im good !!
