Well the way you're heading should be set up in great position for prep next spring.Thanks guys. It's a commitment. Monte plan is to push over 280-285 at this body fat by November if possible. Then I will start my prep for spring.

Every workout I do is early morning at 5am ...and its fasted ....just have a heavy shake nite before and Im good !!
