    Vitamins

    What vitamins are you guys are using am willing to try out some new ? I have been using myself orange traps any recommendations?

    Krill Oil
    Turemic
    Resvitrol
    Glucosoime Chondrotin

    Multivitamin, ashwaganda, fish oil, coq10, magnesium, garlic and cbd. I'm sure I'm forgetting some other worthless shit. I go back and forth on the efficacy of vitamins
