I thought the same thing! That and "why was he filming in the bathroom?" not very baller.
But yeah, those rounds would have gone through 5 of those shitty ghetto paneled walls and go right thought into the neighbors.
They make disintegrating rounds for indoor use and on planes but I doubt the cops use them, there is probably a bunch of bullshit about how they are too lethal to the target due to the round breaking up.
 
We used the frangible .556 but they make a big mess of meat or a block of gelatin. Just too much pop behind them. Frangible or prefragmented 9mm is as safe as you can get for AMERICAN style houses.
It also sounded like there was a lot of force for a skinny, likely non-skilled hood rat.
Looked like he was holding up my rent. A real baller.

You guys and your tech savvy! I use an iPad for surfing these forums. That’s why my typos and misspellings are abundant (in case people noticed).
I was the regional manager for gym company and my clubs were Santa Rosa, San Pablo, Vallejo and LARKSPUR! Talk about needing C3PO to communicate. My navy experience prepared me for the language and cultural differences. I did the buildout, pre and grand opening for Vallejo. NO ONE in the company wanted it. The delta between Marin and Vallejo was incredible and quite the chore to navigate. I ended up moving from Mill Valley to Vallejo because it was hurting my brain. Getting productivity out of those I could employ out of the employable in Vallejo was quite a challenge. Learned a lot.
I could tell hundreds of stories from those places. Like shit I heard because I was there during the OJ trial.

Would blow most people’s minds.
