Looking for ideas as title is stated for condiments to assist with shoving down chicken, fish, or red meats. Obviously this can get old, so it would be nice to add different taste to help getting it down the hatch. Should be interesting

ketchup

hot picante

honey

salt

homemade spicy mustard

using nutrient deficient condiments is an old and unnecessary practice. Unless of course, I'm eating french fries then its KETCHUP all the way

seriously, Using spices and marinades is the best way to cook you're food then you won't need or want condiments

Yes sir, South Louisiana here, Crystal, Louisiana, I would add Panola Clear and red sauce for sure!

Ortega Hot Taco Sauce

Soy and teriyaki.

Their is this guacamole salsa stuff that's delicious but it's like 50 cals a serving so no bueno.

Pretty much all I need, regular foods never really that interesting to me in the first place.

It's the sweets that get me.

Allegra marinate is a favorite of mine

Sriracha sauce, A1 sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce I haven't tried, rest all the others I have tried and frankly I just love Worchestershire sauce. But now I will definitely try those 3 that I haven't tried yet.

Buddy turned me on to Heinz gravy. Really helps the chicken and rice go down. Normal stuff is 30 cal per 1/4 cup and fat free is 15 cal...not too shabby. Fair warning...it is salty, so don't over do it with your own seasonings.
