    They are one of the longest tenured shops and have one of the best reputations around so I'm sure they didn't just steal your money.

    I'm sorry dude but the amount of posts I have literally has nothing to do with the fact that I did triple check everything during the process and they are refusing to send my order. Think what you want, but they are the ones that are refusing to handle this properly.

    Secondly, it sounds to me like they need to be put on blast and that one of the reasons that forums like this exist is to warn other potential customers of issues that may arise with a supplier. I stand by my original post unless one of the multiple reps that I have PMed decide to respond and solve this issue.

    The OP needs to work with customer support and provide/email real evidence to Basicstero that the payment was made (3rd party proof NOT something that can be manufactured/counterfeited).
    IF the source received payment then the product will be shipped -- this is a good business and has no interest in taking money without sending products.
    But please consider for ANY source, how can the source just send an order because a guy that no one knows at all simply says "I sent the money."

    Let me clarify -- not just a payment was made, but that it was made successfully to Basicstero -- I do not know of any source or any businesses that allow people to simply claim money is sent, maybe mistakenly sent somewhere wrong, or just some other error, and then still get products. Not even Amazon, not Walmart -- tell me where we can shop and just say we sent payment but the store did not receive any money and we still expect to get products??? I will go buy a Ferrari for free if that is how it can be done.

    Pharmacom has been around for over a decade -- a large world-wide a top brand.
    We have many sponsored athletes, literally 1000s of customers, and clearly not a small UGL.
    With that said, there is no point nor interest in taking $500 from one guy -- already his post likely cost us much more than the $500 we would supposedly have gained.
    We have a long track record (can been seen here and on many other boards as well) of going above and beyond to generously compensate customers if/when there is ever an issue.
    This guy is trying to pressure and force a pack to be sent out without a confirmed payment; we can not send out packs when no payment was confirmed.
    Obviously, we need more than just someone word that they say payment was sent or anyone and everyone could say the same thing and we would do what? send out all free orders? we can not survive by sending out orders without being paid for our product/time/work.

    His accusation is very serious and now potentially hurts our business.
    IF someone is newer to things and does not know our history or track record and is simply browsing for a source, sees this accusation, he or she will instantly move to another source.
    IF it is even true (maybe he is just trying to pressure to get something free, I do not know) he sent BTC somewhere, then maybe he made a mistake or something went wrong with the transfer--I do not understand how/whey he would not think there are some more reasonable possibilities.

    We'll give it some time and I let Frank (Basicstero) look into the details.
    I hope a payment is found and he gets his order. Sadly, that will only be able to make it right for him but he already damages business for Basicstero by bashing and accusing when there are clearly many other possibilities regarding what happened.
    Unfortunately, we are now doing extra work, putting in time, all to help someone who makes a click-bait bash post that most likely already cost far more than $500 in business by discouraging less informed new customers just browsing the board.
    Nonetheless, if no payment was received on the source's end, no pack will be sent out.
    He will need to email his details and evidences (but the problem is anyone can photoshop a screenshot -- I can go right now and take a pic of my BTC transactions and paste over the address to make it look like I sent you money today -- so we need real evidence such as blockchain transaction links etc).
    There is ZERO chance Pharmacom or Frank would care to take $500 at the expense of tarnishing a decade+ good business history and large world-wide brand -- just would not be worth it.
    I wish things like this were considered logically instead of bashing us and now hurting our business.

    ***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

    Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
    This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
    (it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons ).

    Also, please, for your own safety never state any personal information in a public post.

    The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

    NOTE
    regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
    In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
    In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
    Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
    A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
    Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
    dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
    IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

    post count and your own history do matter because anyone can say anything.
    Think about it -- without any track record or history, bashers, paid shills, trolls, competitors etc could make a lot of trouble and hinder business and the integrity of a board.
    Also, the source is NOT refusing to handle things properly just because you are not happy with a conclusion -- maybe you did not handle it properly? maybe think about all possibilities etc before bashing?
    Frank (Basicstero) is a great guy who goes above and beyond for people -- if he received or can confirm the payment, he for sure go out of his way to make sure you got products.
    We have all seen him over the years do multi re-ships, free bonuses, extras, store credits, price reductions -- whatever it takes to make thing right if there were any issue.
    But a source can NOT "make things right" by sending out packs for order that have not been paid.
    You mentioned being in email correspondence already -- send email solid evidences such as links to the transaction on the blockchain etc and get this done if you really sent payment.

    I could understand if you were frustrated saying no one was working with you if you did not hear back BUT you are saying you have emails ; it sounds like you just do not like the conclusion.
    Coming on here bashing like this does not help with your issue but it simply hurts the source.

    You need a copy of the bitcoin payment log showing coins going to basicstero's wallet. Without that there's nothing more to talk about and the thread can be deleted.

    yep! anyone can say anything. Anyone can photoshop a nice fake screenshot. Anyone can make a pic show any addresses senders/receivers and any amount of money.
    Within a few minutes I can make a pic that "shows" I sent a million dollars to you.

    But 3rd party independent real data... that is what he needs to email to Basicstero.
