Torn muscle, cruise question

    Torn muscle, cruise question

    Three weeks into my cycle and I get hit with a tear in my lat area. Got an MRI and it's for sure torn but no surgery needed. Doctor says I can resume regular physical activity in about a month. My left lat area and rear delt is all purple and red at the moment and I feel like crap just going to work, coming home and scratching my ass all night.

    I've been home for about two weeks doing nothing but some light cardio. Next four weeks I'm planning on going to the gym three times a week to do some very light resistance work and slowly progress my way to what I was working with prior to my injury to go back in full swing in November.

    Test Prop 300mg EW for a cruise or is that way too high? Pinning 100mg on a M/W/F schedule.

    Just bump it down to 200.

    Is also go down to 200. Add GH if you can afford it at 2iu daily

    Same question, you think 300 is too high?

    No GH. I should start looking into it though. I tore my achilles last year and now this shit i'm dealing with at the moment. Not sure if i'm having bad luck or is my lifelong use of corticosteroids catching up to me as I keep reading that shit really fucks your tendons, ligaments and muscles up.

    Were you doing pullups?
    You can still do legs (leg press, etc), which also translate into limited upper body strength. Could also be a good time to work on your cardiorespitory fitness. My tear took about 6 weeks to heal. Good luck!

    Negative. Did it during deadlifts. Was on my working set. I was pulling conventional with an overhand grip and as the bar went past my knee i felt i guess a popping sensation right underneath my rear delt. I walked away saying man that felt weird. Went to go finish my back workout and i couldn't even do one pull up. I went home and foam rolled, woke up to my shoulder and lat looking like rare meat lol.
