    Hgh and severe joint pain

This happen to any of you guys? And what did you do to combat it?
I read somewhere that itís due to the water retention in your joints? Could this be true?

its killing me and affecting my workouts, I feel less energy and strength in the gym to. I was under the understanding it would be the opposite, Iím also sorer for a longer period of time after good workouts. Which to me is weird as I was thinking with elevated igf it would be the opposite

so if if I was to take something like say winny to dry out my joints would that help with the joint pain?

Never taken GH but I hear guys talking about it. Usually they start out low then ramp up the dose. How much are you taking

Yes for sure. But winny is worse for me.

On HGH my hands and wrists hurt the worse. Like carpel tunnel.

On winny my elbows hurt so bad, it's unbearable.

Only thing that worked a bit for me was jacking up my Omegas and Fish Oil intake. Some guys swear by Adequan. Which is a joint injection used primarily in horses.

I would suggest backing down your dose. 3.3 is pretty stout dose if you haven't run much HGH before. See if that helps and then slowly build back up over time.

Skip 2 days and resume at a lower dose brother. VERY slowly ramp up.

My question is, whose HGH are you taking first? I have my doubts with some of them. Water retention in the joints?

Iím taking puretropin which have consistently tested good. And yeah I was reading on a different board that some users get joint pain on gh and itís due to excess fluid in the joints. Probly bro science... but thatís why I was asking here to see if anyone has heard of such a thing, then I had a thought that if thatís true then what if I Introduced a compound that dries my joints out, like Winny, that shit kills me

As others have already mentioned, back down your dose. You may find that you have to stay at the lower dose indefinitely to eliminate/reduce the joint pain. Back when I ran GH (green tops) I was taking 4-5ius/day and developed pain in my wrists and elbows. Training was miserable. I backed down to 2ius for awhile and tried to ramp back up slowly to 4iu/day and the wrist and elbow pain came right back.

Are you experiencing any lethargy at that dose?
