    2018 Spring Shredder - PHILL

    Hi to All,


    I start posting the first things to begin the thread, then in the coming days I will post all the other things (photo, diet, ...)

    I'm 32 year old, as for my other data I put the printscreen.
    This is a couple of weeks ago, I'll do it again tomorrow, and (hope) I will also do the first photos.
    I will keep updated from week to week. I hope it's ok.

    2,5 iu hgh in the morning
    2,5 iu hgh pre workout.
    200 mcg t4
    50-75 mcg t3
    yohimbine and clenbuterol cycled 2 week on-off

    I think I'll take testosterone a little lower 450-500 but only because of water retention.
    Saturday I fix the diet and then we'll see the rest.

    diet down to 1500 kcal/die for two week
    workout split in 6 wo with cumulative series + 1 day free
