And I am doing it natty so it's safe to say you got yourself some HGH.

All 15-20 rep ranges for triceps with less than a minute for rest

Biceps: a lot til failure high reps. forgot to log them

Legs an shoulders today. Moderate weigh, 15-20 rep sets. Not fucking around. Work prevents me from lifting tomorrow but off sunday so back at it for 6days next week.
Food intake was shit today as I had no chicken prepped so ate subway wrap for lunch.

If you guys find Gains, tell him I'm looking for him

Hit chest/back today.
Dumbbell bench/dumbbell row superset.
Flat bench/lat pulldown supersets
High cable fly's/rope cable row superset
Low cable fly's/single arm cable row superset.

Few more I didn't log. Pretty much no rest even after each superset. 30 second tops.
Worked 15hrs today so had to get it all in in an hour or less and I did
