    Very detailed log as usual, I'm following.
    So how long are you going to run the dbol? Also how long on the slin? What is your protocol for your slin, pwo, prewo ? How many and what carbs?
    Just wanted some more info on your insulin schedule and carb intake

    Trest is a phenomenal compound. One of my all time favorites. Run it with Tren and primo, youíll feel more powerful than zeus himself. Good luck on this run bro. Iíll be following.

    Thanks for all the feedback fellas and indeed this has a whole bunch of things going on but ive got to say Estrogen concerns aside I'm just feeling like these dose protocols are right on point. I have actually followed Trest 1ml EOD x Tren Ace EOD 1ml EOD. The two seem to pair nicely. Obviously its early on but I haven't felt this good and head strong in a while. Even with the multiple compounds, by now we pretty much know what each of these compounds is going to feel like or cause for you in the way of sides so for me, its pretty clear to spot the changes in feel, strength and libido, all of which have proved to improve really quickly with this Trest. I have seen a small jump in strength since just starting this 2nd phase of the bulk and really its just as much about that overall feeling of well being. Its like you just want to run thru it. I have noticed I appear to be running hot which is different as for Tren it usually keeps me hot at nights. Recently ive noticed that warmth more frequently outside of bedtime. Appetite has been improved as well.
    I have been traveling as the holiday approaches so my workout hours have been pretty random. Heres a quick look at my recent quick chest workout.

    So far the Tren and Trest have me feeling like a Spartan and Porn Star so that's got to make for a great combo. I will be adding Primo a little further down the road when we get closer to cutting time. Thanks for checking in and stay well.

    Yes sir that has been my biggest concern so far. I have been staying on top and will make those adjustments as needed but so far so good.

    I will likely stay on the Dbol for no more than 8 weeks. Its been a very different ride so far with Dbol over Anadrol. Right now I'm at 15Iius of Slin roughly 20 mins PWO. I started it as a post originally but found the pumps as a PWO too much to resist. Carbs have been a funny balancing act as ive learned the way my body responds to slin. I haven't made adjustments to the total daily carb intake but rather those both before and after workouts. Generally before I will have some sort of meat or chicken 8-10oz. Any greens will do along with brown rice with a little soy sauce for the sodium. Once at the gym I usually snack on gummy bears or a protein bar just to fend off the shakes. I have found its the post workout meal that is my biggest concern as the spike usually doesn't hit until 2.5 hours in. That meal is usally going to have a faster acting carb source. For me I l have enjoyed a protein shake with turkey sandwich on wheat bread with Gatorade. I have noticed with the addition of IGF the system balances out more smoothly if that makes sense.

    I really like the feel of things at the moment. At 1ml Trest EOD with 1ml Tren Ace EOD I have really found a great synergy(1on 1off). I haven't had to deal with any Tren issues as of yet which although early on with this, I am always highly sensitive to Tren. Like I mentioned before, along with an immediate increase in libido, there is also an immediate change in the feeling of well being and clarity. I know its really early on but I look forward to tracking the mental wherewithal among other things as that seems to be a very noticeable change. (for me its a nice change of pace as compared to straight Tren I would be a jealous, sweaty mess)
    So far I have been pinning the Trest about an hour before working out (Dbol about 20 mins before)
    This schedule appears to be working out really well for me. My body heat is still up and I have def noticed the sweat increase at the gym.
    Got to say even with the other compounds I have not had any issues with feeling crashed or lethargic. My biggest concern has still been estrogen. Other than that things like many of you have been a little off with the holidays and having family around. Last night I only had about 45 mins to knock it out.

    This has been a blast so far. I have never pinned an oil besides base or suspensions that are so fast acting. This combo has been great! I have been quickly making strength gains as well. At this point all I can say being so new in is...why did I wait so long to try Trest before. This is one those compounds that just make you feel like your on the gear.
    I had 2 back to back days off due to the holiday but yesterday felt great getting back into the dungeon. I felt well rested and was ready to run thru it.

    Fun arm workout last night. Had a few heavy movements in there so I am feeling great about hitting a few new PRs.
