    Another FNG

    Thank you for the wealth of knowledge here! I will definitely benefit from being here, and it is much appreciated!

    I lifted casually in my 20's, and have always had physical jobs to be able to stay in fairly good shape. I started training from a low spot health wise where some mental stresses affected me physically. I got a trainer and lifted for three years strength trying with him until I bought a house and moved (moving sux). I've been out of the gym for two months, and start back this Monday

    I am 59 yrs. 5' 10 180. I am on TRT through my primary care Doc. 200mg Cyp weekly injectable. I stay at around 400 + or - free testosterone. Last Thanksgiving I had an injury in my lower left trap that affected the whole upper left quadrant of my back. As the pain faded, I had nerve issues all the way down to two of my fingers on my left hand having numbness for quite some time. My strength was shot on my left side. We worked through and around the injury, and got most of my strength back.

    I have studied quite a lot of material from many sources. I am waiting on some "gear" at the moment. I have read the concerns on age, how to cycle, first cycles, what to cycle, and how much to cycle at my age. I will post before pics and labs and document my journey. I've got thick skin from being in the construction industry for over 30 years so I will take any and all advise and potential criticisms as a learning opportunity. Hopefully I can contribute in some small way to other new folks in the future.
