    Whats up my people,

    Just killed Lower Loading/Upper Pump, left it ALL on the gym floor. Like always...I WILL NOT be outworked...period!!

    Here is what went down

    Lower Loading
    BB Squat 205*10,8
    Leg Press 490*10,10

    Calf Raise 180*12,12,12
    Sumo Squats 360*10,10
    Preacher Curl Machine 40*12,13
    Upper Pump
    CGPD 110*20,20
    HS Hi Row 55*20,20

    Backward Db Press 20*25,25
    Rope Tri Ext 45*25,25

    Was dripping sweat like a mad man, felt Amazing...I LOVE TRAINING, it truly touches my soul. Nothing better.
