    Ive taken the last few days to just enjoy eating. Nothing too far out of a clean diet but not exactly clean either. The number game with the scale really takes a mental toll and I was really feeling some sort of way when my latest check in had me down to 204lbs, so I took a couple of days to just enjoy a burger and what not so I can just reset and re-evaluate this week. The last two days have been relatively heavy carb days and now find myself up to 212lbs but really we know thats just food weight. I imagine we will be back down in the next couple of days. Im really just going to focus on creating the best frame possible and worry about the scale later in the season. If im forced to compete early then so be it, I will be ready either way.

    Today was a fun little leg work out with the wife.

    After a couple of heavy off diet eating days I am feeling full but more importantly feeling ok with the weight situation. We just need to work on conditioning first and scale numbers second. At this point we have to commit to a competition date so its time to really see what we are working with. Last nights weigh in 215lbs

    And thats it. Will be headed into a full on cut prep in the next week. Just been cruising and making adjustments to cardio and diet until dialed in and the prep starts.

    Wanted to take a minute and discuss my use of EuroPharma Letro to combat some Gyno issues. At the tail end of this most recent bulk, I realized I had some puffiness in the nipple again and sure enough you can feel the little lumps behind it. I decided to run some letro while cruising between this bulk and cut/prep. The results have been amazing. I have currently been taking 2.5MGS for the last couple of weeks and have seen a HUGE decrease in the appearance of the puffiness but also the feeling of the lumps themselves. The lumps have actually started to break up, which is exactly what I need to happen. I have been lucky that I dont have the normal sort of crash or tired feeling I have normally read of with Letro. I will likely only take letro for a couple of more weeks than give it a rest and jump back onto Arimidex and add in the letro later in the prep to make sure I am not on stage with puffy nipples.
    Thanks to Ontop and Uncle for helping out with this letro. It has been a game changer.

    That shit is strong as fuck. I took 2.5mg for a few weeks and my dick quit working for a minute. I was super dry like on winstrol but it did help reduce my gyno as well.

    For sure thatís when you know the dosing is correct for letro 2.5mg. Take for a week or two I donít care what your taken no estrogen no sex drive.

    As we close in on kicking off this prep, I have made the necessary adjustments to diet and training. Ive currently been cruising on Europharma Clen and Test Cyp. As previously mentioned I have already been dropping weight which was mostly just excess from the recent bulk.
    Let me just say like other Euro gear this Clen is a really solid product. I am currently at 120mcg ED and unlike previous runs with Clen I have not had to deal with some of the normal sides (primarily headaches and jitters) this go round has been smooth sailing. About the only issue to report is the cramping but again those are just things you know come with the territory. I have already picked up some Taurine and will be including this as time presses on.

    Yesterday was a great ab workout. I always enjoy ab day as usually abs are something I hit after my daily workouts and sometimes I know im just going thru the motions as after nearly 2 hours of lifting im not always that energetic to really have an intense ab workout so ab day is always fun as I know its nothing but abs..
