Hi, I am just looking for opinions/ideas of the best way to carb cycle. Also, what are some good percentages to use for each. I am 5'7 F currently between 170-175 lbs. At this time I have been doing 2 days at 20% carbs 2 days at 30% 2 days at 40% and 1 day at 45%. I eat 1904 calories per day and train 5 days a week on average along with 3-4 hiit sessions a week.
