Raw Dynamix Protein at www.gymntonic.com. You can buy protein in 1-1000 lbs, any increment you want so you can try different flavors. The Blueberry Muffin and Cinabun flavors are amazing. Absolutely love their flavorings. Been using this brand with myself and clients for about 5+ years now.

Problend is a 4 blend of Egg, Whey, Casein and Hydrolized Protein

Hydrolized Protein (fast absorbing protein) - Great for intraworkout shake as well

Basic Whey Blend (awesome base powder and only $10 per lb)

Rarely drink protein shakes. But I usually have a tub of Animal Whey sitting in my cabinet.

    Problend is amazing.

I refer to it as the "sustanon" of proteins.

You have your fast, slow and moderate absorbing proteins. So your body has a sustained supply of protein coming in.

The blueberry muffin flavor is to die for.

I have used this with 1-200 clients in the last 5 years or so. Everyone loves it. Stuff is great and you can buy it in any increments of 1lb, so you control what you pay. It's my favorite.

Also if you don't know about Hydrolized proteins, search them out on Pubmed (Medical studies). These are pre-digested and faster absorbing proteins. You can use this for intraworkout or post and it has great results.

Interesting. Also, thanks for the recommendation on the Joint Health pills. I'm not sure if its a placebo effect but I'm able to deal with the shoulder pain a lot better.
