    Don't over-think carb-cycling. It is very simple.

There's no base number you should be going off of, it's based off you as an individual.

However for a general census, on low to no carb days, I would keep it under 100g. But this really depends on how big you are.

My low carb days is around 200. My regular days it's 300g. And my refeed day it's eat whatever the hell I want.

I do this because it works for me. You might have to play with it more.

Days you don't workout at all, do 150 or less. Even zero if you wanted. Your highest day should be on the day you want the most growth or recovery.

Example for me is I eat 200g on off days. 300g on training days. And my refeed is on my dead-lift or leg day. Whichever one I feel like I need to recover better from.

This depends on if I want to lose weight, recomp, or just bulk.

The link posted is a good start, but like I stated, don't over-think it. It's simple. So don't make it complicated and frustrate yourself on specifics.

Right now I low-carb on off days. All training days get regular amounts except for one that gets the most. I can have 1 to 4 off days depending on the week, and if life happens.

Id also like to add "age". Age definitely plays a roll. I can't handle the same amount of food without getting fat as I did when I was 20. Good luck brother. If you stick it out through the initial bs of finding the sweet spot it will pay off in the end.

I agree with everyone. The simpler the concept, the easier it will be to maintain. I do about two days a week. Generally on an arm day, and a rest day. Days that I don't require as much carbs to keep going. I hope this helps.

pretty much what titan said is how you carb cycle. but as for asking how many carbs you personally need
that is way to tough a question to answer . depends on a lot of variables from what gear you are on to how your body personally responds to carbs
to lean body mass, etc.... i have had refeed nights where i have shoved 6-800 grams of carbs in my fat face over like a 4 hour period.
and still kept getting leaner.. and i weigh less than 180lbs
