hope to have Monte free up time and get me show condition ready. If you look at my transformation pics I was a lot bigger and was stuck in the too big for physique and too small for
classic . So I'd like to be 200 and 8 percent. I'm super clean doing 6 days a week and feel with monster I can get there. :)

my goal is to add lean mass and lose fat. I'm at no sugar, mod whole carbs, 1.5 protein, all whole foods. No processed, canned, artificial food. I've started eating oats twice a day, fruit and veggies 3
times with fish and chicken staying away from meat, dairy, for now. Once I get the shred I want then I can afford to bulk a bit
