3-4 days out. I hate any further than that, my food just tastes dried out.

I don't like to eat food that is more than 4 days old.. Its not bad and I still do it(often) I just dont like it.

Unless its pizza... pizza gets a mandatory 7 day hold before release.

yeah I don't know why peeps make mea prep so hard. I cook my meat
in the crockpot while I'm sleeping. so always have 5lbs of cooked chicken
in the fridge. then my main source of carbs is brown rice pasta. takes 10 min
to cook fresh. drink my egg whites, so no cooking involved.

just weigh the stuff out in the Tupper wear and add whatever seasoning or extra fats from evoo or nuts

I eat 4 meals at work and 2 at home during the week

Last night I cooked a spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast and just steamed some broccoli and sweet potato. and Did it in the same amount of time it took to make spaghetti for the family for dinner. But I get that everyone has a different schedule. Some days are shorter than others. Helps that I like to cook also.
