Welcome brotherTurned 50 and want to do gear. Married, good but stressful job, pretty good natural build. Wtf is wrong with me?
I feel like I have good genetics and overall in decent shape until the last few years eating and drinking too much. I did a few marathons and worked out a few times a week with weights. I'm about 6'2" and was up to 260 lbs. Lifestyle changes (mainly quitting alcohol), weights and cardio, fasting, and then adding Mounjaro for 2 months allowed me to get down to 220.
I was a guy you would think in decent shape but never ripped. Why the hell do I want to do it now?
Got baseline bloodwork and going to do test 400 weekly for 12 weeks to bulk and then cut back down. Still not sure why I want to do this. Maybe some older guys want to give me some insight.
