    Meal Prep...

    Would you let someone plan out your nutrition program if they had their meals delivered to them?

    Hell no bro, It is so easy to prep meals for 3 to 4 days I do it twice a week and only take like 30-45 minutes each time. Those premade meals are too damn expensive and still not as good as u can make your self.

    Wait, would i let them plan my nutrition if they cooked and delivered my meals to me? Fuck ya i would i hate cooking. As long as the diet is tailored towards my goals.

    How the hell do you do that? I spend 4-5 hrs a week prepping. Heck half of that time is spent making chicken....how do you do it in 30min?

    So if my "coach" didn't cook his own food and had HIS meals made for him would I trust him to tell ME what to eat?

    Maybe.....because Track record for his competitors, approach to nutrition and how well we communicated would be the deciding factor on hiring him. I guess.

    I do my rice and veggies in my rice cooker also but don't have an oven since I'm outta town in a motel. So I'm stuck with the electric skillet and a George foreman grill.

    I just hate cooking when I'm on 7 - 12's

    That is what I was getting at.

    This person hasn't really been a competitor long but has money so gets meals delivered but plans out others nutrition plans.

    I think it's a no go for me.
