Hello hello! Need some advice also lol. Just turned 44 a week ago. 6’8” 280 about 30% body fat. Looking mostly to get body fat below 15%. I’ve honed in on my diet. Recently lost 70lbs. Now looking to build muscle and lose fat. Would love to be a lean 255lb. If anyone can help, I’m all ears! I have no idea how to get started or best products to take, or how to acquire.
