I am 40 of age and 5'11" 200 pounds. I want to look good, but I want to be realistic about where I can get with the time I can work out.
The more I read, the less I know, if you get what I mean.
I am not a bodybuilder, but I want to look good. I go to the gym 3 times a week for about 1 hour. This is what time currently allows me.
I want to start on a cycle but I don't know with what to start. I am new here and I've read a few threads but I am not going to lie it gets confusing and when you read the different approaches and opinions; it throws me off.
I am hoping that by opening up and reaching out I can find guidance and help. Oh, and I currently live in Japan so my replies might be at awkward times if you are in the US.
