Hey and thanks for stopping by to check out this post. I'm a pretty hardcore mountain biker, and decent rock climber. I'd like to start TRT to improve health, energy, maintain muscle mass as I age. I was hoping to see if I could also get a good boost in performance for my sports. I am should have my base labs soon and will post those when I get results. I'm presuming I'll start with 150-200 mg test cyp / week in EOD or E3D doses. Is there a preferred AI that you recommend having on hand in case SE end up popping up?
I read through both of the sticky posts and was wondering if there were any good guides to DIY TRT that outline additional substances that could be added and what the benefits would be for a trt protocol.
