I just remembered you mentioned you were on t4. How much are you using for replacement? My wife had her thyroid removed (graves disease/hyperthyroidism/cancer) and she stays at 200mcg and I stay at 175mcg for hypothyroidism.

I have a script for nature-throid. Same thing but fully covered by insurance. Armour was reformulated this year so i'm told so I wouldnt trust it. I also use thyroid-s which is exactly the same as armour just from another country(this I can hook you up with if you want to switch). ANy of you taking synthroid should get off it. Its a shit drug. You can say I feel fine but until you feel the difference you're ignorant through no fault of your own because your doctors are fuck heads who cant grasp the concept of regulating armour. Or they just flat out tell you it doesnt work. Synthroid is ALL about kickbacks for doctors. Do your research.

Sitting at 230lbs AM weight 9 days into blast. Everything is going well, except for my appetite. The tren has suppressed it to the point that even the thought of food nauseates me. I'm going to push through it though, even if I have to live on meal replacement shakes for the time being to get my calories in. The insomnia hit a couple nights ago as well, but ever since adding in .5mg of xanax sleeping has improved.

According to the package tracker my proviron should arrive today. Will be adding that to the mix at 100mg/day.

Had a great back training session last night in spite of being tired as fuck.

232lbs AM weight. BP is starting to be of concern. The past few days I've been running around 140-145/85-90. I have BP meds on hand and will continue to monitor it closely. If it gets any higher I'm going to jump on the meds. The nausea that I was experiencing has subsided for the most part and my appetite is getting better. The first few days I ran the proviron at 50mg then increased it to 100mg after that. 1 10ml vial of Sust500 only lasts me 2.5 weeks so donations are being accepted j/k. The only tren side that I can report at this time is a shitty attitude. Sleep has been pretty good, but I'm also taking .5mg xanax right before bed so I'm sure that's helping.

Here's what yesterday's meals looked like:
Meal 1: 165g of Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex gainer, 16oz 2% milk, 1/2 c quick oats, 2 tbls coconut oil
Meal 2: 8oz Picadillo (Cuban chili) w/2 c basmati rice
Meal 3: Fried chicken (breading removed) breast, thigh, and a leg w/1.5 c macaroni and cheese
Meal 4: 8oz chicken thigh meat simmered in green salsa served over 2c basmati rice
Meal 5: 2 heaping scoops Optimum Nutrition Hydrolyzed whey, 16oz 2% milk, 1/2 c quick oats, 2 tbls peanut butter
1.5g of water throughout the day w/2 scoops of ON EAAs

Chest training tonight.

Mainly to control BPH, but I enjoy it's benefits for helping a bit with the BP as well.

Just checked my BP again and it came back at 120/72. WTF?!?! I don't know why it's fluctuating so much. Every time I took the readings I made sure I was sitting down for at least 30 minutes. Had a couple cups of coffee this morning but that was several hours prior to checking my BP.

Cardio could be better, in fact, after my 30 minute session tonight I mentioned to my wife that I need to get more consistent with it, especially now that my weight is increasing. Sodium... The only thing that comes to mind is I had fried chicken for meal #3 yesterday. I pulled the breading off but it was still pretty salty…that's the only thing that could have been a factor the last couple of days. Everything else has been fresh, prepared foods, nothing processed, frozen, or loaded with preservatives.
 
Cardio can and will work wonders. It basically helps your body run more efficiently which should result in better lipid numbers and lower blood pressure....if diet is good. I'm guessing thats your ticket brother. Please keep us posted.

It's ok. The hardest part is working through the lactic acid burn in the higher rep ranges, but I committed to sticking with this scheme for 8 weeks so I'll see it through. I'm looking forward to getting back to the big weights soon.

Thanks, fellas! Had to take advantage of the dressing room lighting at TJ Maxx, lol…Making real good progress on my hamstrings. I didn't get a pic, but I hit a side chest pose and I'm finally getting some nice "hang" to my hamstrings from the side. It's nice to see that area coming up because I've been working hard on improving my hamstrings for several months. May be "tights" worthy soon.

I've had some new motivation in my gym over the last few weekends. Toney Freeman has been training there. I introduced myself to him and told him I was a big fan last Saturday. He shook my hand but pretty much gave me the brush off after that, whatever…I haven't said another word to him since then. Not a very friendly guy, but maybe I expected too much. Rumor has it that he is going to try to qualify for the Olympia next year.

Then again I'm pushing 29.5" so...getting closer. Hams though, mine are coming in as well. Not hanging as low as I'd like but that'll come by show time next May.

Hahahaha idk man just been training hard and following my meal plan. I know for a fact some of its water right now but hey 29.5 is 29.5 right?? ;) we'll see where I'm sitting at in Feb 2 months into prep I'm sure they'll cut back to around 28.
