Hey guys, Ive been desperately dealing with gyno for almost 3 years. I did a few mild cycles of low dose test/deca (300mg) about 5 years ago followed by a couple ostarine cycles. I dealt with mild gyno but it was controlled with adex/letro and completely gone post cycle. I went through some lifestyle changes, the whole COVID shit was happening and pretty much quit the gym around the time of last ostarine cycle.

I've been dealing with gyno going on 3 years now. I ordered adex/arimodex/letro from various peptide sites and that controlled the gyno but anytime I stopped it would flare up. I was taking that shit for a solid year which can't be good.

Finally decided to go see a doctor. I was honest with her, went off all the gyno meds and got a shitload of blood tests. Nothing jumped off the page except borderline high prolactin levels. She prescribed me cabergoboline. It didn't do shit and a once weekly dose cost me $100+ a month. I tried it for a few months then stopped. She said there's nothing else she can do.

What are my options? I'm willing to fork over some cash to get this shit resolved. Really hoping to avoid tit surgery. Thanks in advance.

I had surgery last year and it’s coming back. So it could be worse. Try Ralox if you haven’t yet. Read a post sort of post/log on another board of a guy who’s gyno pretty much faded away with it. I need to pull bloods and see if my prolactin is high if not Ralox it is.

Raloxifene as suggested above but it won’t get rid of 3 year old gyno. You can get surgery and have the gland removed but that is $$$

Surgery is the only way if it’s true gyno.

You must not have had it done by a good surgeon Brother. He didn’t remove the full gland.

Surgery by a good surgeon to remove the full gland is the only permanent solution

I agree ralox is strong.. it shrunk my 10 year old gyno considerably.. still ended up getting surgery though.. but I’ve heard the early you try it the better results

If you already developed gyno the only way to get rid of it is surgery. I know lot of people like to post they treated their Gyno with AI I simply don’t believe it. My friend went to great surgeon and he confirmed once full blown gyno no other option. Now AI can prevent and might even shrink it in early stages but it’s all guys posting. I have not seen or read an actual medical document which shows MRI pictures of full blown gyno reversed with AI. If that was the case no one will do the surgery.
Anyway, best thing to do is go see a gyno surgeon specialist and go from there.

Good luck brother

Ps once they take the glands out gyno will not return

Nolvadex and Ralox are cancer drugs. They can eliminate existing gyno and fatty accumulations. The degree to which they can do that is Individual. Some may decrease the gyno by 10%, others might see 80% deduction. One thing is for sure, it always works to some degree.

If I were you I'd jump on Nolva even at say 20mgs ed. Id jump on caber at .25mgs e3d. Recall nolva and ralox differ from an AI in that they target Estrogen at the cellular level aka they can both target breast tissue, rather then just circulating in the body like an AI (exem or arimidex for instance)

You can easily source the Nolva and Caber for pennies compared to what you are paying now. If you need assistance OP @Dickerstaff just shoot me a PM please.

Alot of surgeons, if the good ones tho will not remove the full gland. They leave a tiny bit just behind the nipple so it doesn't concave. I just had mine done. Cost me 8500. Asked for glands removal but they are certain it won't come back. I'm doing my best to stay away from anything thattl will make it come back tho. If the gland is still present if can still come back. Just depends on how well you Manage your hormones. If you can get a surgeon to take out the full gland I say go for it. Nipple might look a little off but better than the risk of getting gyno again

I didn’t have a lot of time this morning, as I couldn’t read everyone’s response here, but OP gyno is a tricky beast we all tow in he line with. However, 3 year gyno IMO is not going to clear up with the use of any of the compounds you listed. Let me clarify… some of those medications might bring the gyno down and slightly less noticeable, however it will not remove the gland, or eradicate the fat tissue that is most likely deposited by the glands in near your nipple. Surgery is more than likely in your future if this situation bothers you as much as it sounds.

The problem isn’t getting the gyno in the first place but it’s more the ramifications of having prolonged gyno and having it go untreated. I too have heard stories of some ‘guy on the internet that had major gyno and someone told them to try Xxx and his gyno was completely gone’. I’m convinced those stories are from guys that had a quick onset of gyno symptoms and they quickly got on top of it with medication and began treatment early. I’m even going to put the ‘guy that was very high in BF who believed he had gyno and as he lost weight his “gyno went away”.

I’ve had this conversation with doctors, a surgeon and especially my time using AAS and being on the boards. I would say your honest look at this would be to possibly try your hand at having your insurance cover the cost. It’s not easy but you CAN get them to cover it. You need a good doctor and you need to know what the insurance is looking for. I believe Gyno from Puberty is one of those scenarios (I’m not 100-% on that as I don’t know your insurance company policies).

Good luck OP

JJ

If you dont want to go to a doctor for the surgery, I heard OJ Simpson is pretty good with a knife.

Same thing mine told me. There was a risk of looking concave. I haven’t had any issues so far but I stay on top of it unlike when I was young and dumb

For me 19 nors I'm staying the fuck away from because that shit made my gyno go crazy. Got ir reduced with ralox over the years but hopped on GH and that shit grew fast and large. I still have like 5 kits of Gh but I'm to scared to even use it now. Need to do some more research about this situation before I use it. Was thinking of using just for fasted cardio

Mine came from Tren in my 20s. Didn’t pct cause I didn’t know any damn better. Came on fast. Note to self.. research 🤣

I went down this rabbit hole a while back. Ultimately the doctors told me it was superficial and would be 100% cash out of pock surgery.

A good doc will completely remove the gland and has a method to fill in the backspace that isn’t there after the gland removal.

Caridi did mine.

This ^^^^

If you spend the money yourself… don’t go with a doctor who won’t remove the gland. The gland needs to be removed IMO

How much was your surgery? I've heard of surgeries like this as well.

Also when you say spend the money yourself, do you mean as in cash up front no financing ? Or without insurance? From what I understood insurance wouldn't cover it. I will check this guy out. I'm hoping I won't need it ever again tbh, I gotta do what I cam to keep it away. Test and some orals are good enough for me anyway

I hear this all the time… but I’ve run SO MANY compounds and none of them have ever given me gyno. I’ve had a flare up several times but it quickly went away. Some guys have heavy gyno with 19 Nor but I’ve never seen an increase or decrease in Gyno with the addition of any specific compound. I guess I’m on the luckier side on this topic.

Your first sentence isn’t true my friend. I went to one of the best gyno surgeons on the east coast. He does around 300 gyno surgerys a year or more. He removed the full gland and my nipples did not concave. I paid 6 grand.

I think I paid roughly 6,500. Originally it was going to be 7,800 out the door but he hooked me up cause he likes working on bodybuilders and we just hit it off. Real nice guy.
