When you order from out site. In bold black letters before you click submit. It lays out the terms and conditions. It says for all customers to video tape the opening your package. If you fail to do so and you find out items are missing your out of luck. We will only reship missed items with video proof! It’s not our fault the OP just didn’t read or maybe thought “it won’t happen to me…” We don’t have to video tape anything. The burden of proof falls on the customer. Everyone who works for Pcom is compensated highly. We don’t need to go around swiping bottles of winny. If they are truly missing then it was a mistake. The same type of mistake the op made when he didn’t film the opening of his packages.

I’ve had sources forget things and leave them out and send the items without question.
i had one source who took video of them packaging.
I think it’s retarded of a source that is this overpriced for ugl gear who has a history of falsified reports to hassle a customer over some Winstrol.
In fact I’ve never had a source expect me to video tape me opening a pack.
Also I actually had to look on their site to find where it mentions anything about video taping.

I just saw and replied to your PMs It is Monday here so I just got online for the first time since Thursday evening (I try to put serious effort into shutting down the computer and stay offline on weekends to step away from things and spend time with family etc.). I wrote to the manager on your behalf to ask him to look into this situation.

Hey there! We'll make you a reship of these three packs of stanos, dont worry! Just because you're our regular customer! Please make a video about unpacking the order next time. We have a list of company rules. One of the rules says that unpacking videos should be made in any case with each order. I think it's not difficult, but in the future there will be no more such problems!

To others here, please understand the video rule is listed on the source's site and in place for an important reason (many people attempt all sorts of scam often and both sources and customers suffer as a result -- it is unfortunate for everyone).

Basicstero is just trying its best to find a way to treat everyone consistently and help reduce the mystery (and reduce scam attempts) involved in the inevitable errors both businesses and customers may make (we are all just human).
I hope everyone can understand.

I totally meant to respond directly to your statement RT, the one where you responded to us falsifying reports… I believe he is just talking shit. We have never falsified anything. We only use simec for third party testing. We have also had many blind test by our customers. They are always spot of too. This guy is just trying to muddy the water. Prob works for Jano lol.

LOL, Why would they trust YOU or anybody for that matter. A large majority here are drug addicts and abusers of at minimum steroids. Many who do these things have lacking morals. Not everybody of course. I wouldn't trust any of you either. Say what you want but they have been in this game longer than most and still deliver. If you foolow the easy basic rules you will get taken care of.

I dare you to open up a company that sells these products. You won't because while it is certainly lucrative it is a major pain in the arse. Way to many people lie, cheat, and steal. They have these rules to keep it legit for both sides. Some of you will are lazy, some just not smart, but you make sure to eat your 6 meals a day, count each calorie, hit all your reps, but can't take the time to read the rules and follow them. Late reply been busy. PCOM has always taken care of me. I know the rules and understand them going in. An order got snagged, I lost promo items. I knew the risk. I aint mad at anybody but customs. Only had one other issue a leaky bottle. Was taken care of asap.
It's like men today can't be men and take responsibility and cry like females when things do not go their way. Shit happens, life aint fair.... SOME need to get over it!!!

Mine too man. My “on cycle labs” where absolutely insane. The gear is 100% true. I don’t even think about it anymore. I know it’s all as should be. Grown man shit!
