Hey guys good morning, 28 year old male here.

I’ve been training consistently over a year I eat about 2300-2500 calories a day. ( chicken, buckwheat and redpeppers along with boiled eggs and chia pudding every morning plus some fruits )
I’m pretty dead set on doing my first serious cycle and continuing here on out, I’ve pinned Sustanon once before and I’d like to continue, any thoughts and advise to help me take this more seriously.
