1st serious cycle advise

Hey guys good morning, 28 year old male here.
Weight 174
Height 5ft 7 in
I’ve been training consistently over a year I eat about 2300-2500 calories a day. ( chicken, buckwheat and redpeppers along with boiled eggs and chia pudding every morning plus some fruits )
I’m pretty dead set on doing my first serious cycle and continuing here on out, I’ve pinned Sustanon once before and I’d like to continue, any thoughts and advise to help me take this more seriously.

You ran a cycle of Sustanon prior? Or are you saying you did 1 shot a few days ago and want to continue?

Did you get any blood work? What's your body fat percentage? What are your goals?

Took a shot a few days ago. My body fat is 19 percent, no blood work. I’d like to drop down body fat and just become more lean . Would like to stay around the same weight.

You don't need gear to get lean. It's all in the diet. Eat less and move more.

Without blood work how did you know your natural levels were low?

You're fine with potentially having to take a shot 2x a week for the rest of your life because you want to lose a little fat?

i would like to take a shot for the rest of my life to have an edge as a man and be in the best shape of my life while I’m still young. But your right I should definitely get some blood work done.

You really don't want to pin for the rest of your Life..
From the outside looking in, it's looks Glamorous..!!
Sadly TRT has it's downsides..

Imo, if anything a TRT does of test only until 10% body fat.

I feel as a relatively new user/member that this is solid advice. I think getting down to ten percent body fat with just test at t r t or slightly above is in your best advantage. I think getting down to 10% from the 19 you are at will help you build a solid routine both for working out and pinning. The next thing you should probably do is get an app to track your caloric intake... I use my fitness pal but there are a bunch of other apps out there and i'm sure someone will recommend one sooner or later. I used it on my bulk cycle but it can be equally useful to help you shred and lose weight by maintaining a calorie count and watching what you eat. Definitely do a bunch of reading and studying to find out what the sides are for everything that you plan to use and definitely be prepared to counter them with the proper medications and or dosage adjustments. You don't need gear to be in the best shape of your life brother. Again, diet is what makes you lean.
