Hey yall, I'm a 19-year-old in college looking to start my first cycle. I'm 6ft 8in 190lbs, super skinny for my height, I know. Just looking for recommendations on what I should take, how much, and the routine I should be following to maximize gains. Along with a reputable source for the product. And any other info I should know in general to be safe. Thanks for your time and ill be reading all responses.

Sounds like you should dial in your diet and put on some weight, as well as a few years before you even consider starting a cycle.

Plenty of info here in the forums section that can answer just about all of what you just listed.

This is what you should take, take yourself to your nearest food market. Pick you up some chicken breast, some steaks, ground beef, potatoes, pasta, rice, avocados, oats, milk and a ton of eggs. How much? Cook you about 5-6 meals for each day. The routine? Gonna be eating about every 2-3 hours along side lifting some heavy ass weights. With all the info available online and social media platforms, YouTube, etc is not hard to build your own beginner workout routine. Can also scroll training forum and pick up some good info there. Source for the product? Costco, Sams, Walmart, Marketstreet, Heb, etc.

Welcome to ASF, good luck on your bulk.

I Agree Astro95 100% ...... Gear won't help anything if you don't learn to EAT Big....You are way too young to even mess with Gear truthfully ........ But that's just me...Eat 5,000 CALS for a Yr and Lift Heavy...You will be shocked at what you look like at 21 yrs old.

Agree with others, better not to mess with gear at this point

Yup, do not get involved in steroids at 19 dude. Eat as much food as you can and develop your strength for the next 6 years then come back to this question. You have so much potential at this age. Use the drugs when you've peaked.

Food. Spaghetti, chicken Alfredo and Mac n cheese will put some meat on your bones. Obviously get the proteins you need along with the carbs.

High frequency, low volume, minimal cardio, your working set weights should be around 80-85% of your 1 rep max.

Consistency.

Since you are 19, I'm sure you are budget-conscious and food prices have skyrocketed. If you can get ground beef on sale and bulk white rice and some type of vegetable (ex. broccoli), you'll be good to go.

Do this!

Welcome, I wouldn't be looking into doing testosterone at 19 unless you absolutely had to.

Couldn't have said it better 👏

Giving you advise on running gear at age 19 is extremely irresponsible. There is so much into it than just injecting and growing. I know you don't believe me but it absolutely doesn't work that way. You have tons to grow before even touching gear. Diet, training has to be spot on.

Not for you brother.

Welcome to ASF.
A lot of experience and wisdom here. I hope you not only ask for advice but take that advice.
